Choose the symptom
| What you see | What to check first | Avoid |
|---|---|---|
| App not installed | Package, signer, Android version and available storage | Immediately deleting the existing app |
| Problem parsing package | Download completeness and documented compatibility | Renaming .xapk to .apk |
| Blocked or harmful-app warning | Source evidence and Play Protect details | Disabling security checks |
| Closes after launch | Permissions, OS support and a documented release issue | Granting every requested permission |
| Cannot connect | Network, service notice and current availability | Using a VPN to evade a restriction |
| Login or OTP failure | Original provider support and correct account route | Sharing OTPs with an agent |
This is a diagnostic map, not a claim that these problems have been reproduced in a specific Teen Patti Master build.
A practical investigation order
- Take note of the exact message and when it appears. Keep screenshots private if they expose an account.
- Check the package and source record. A file from another developer is not a replacement update.
- Check your phone’s free storage and documented Android compatibility. Restart once if the operating system is behaving abnormally.
- If the problem involves connectivity, try another trusted network for diagnosis. Do not bypass a legal or platform block.
- Use the verified provider’s support channel. No verified app-specific support contact has been established here.
Before clearing data or reinstalling
Clearing cache and clearing app data are different actions. Data removal can reset local preferences and progress. Reinstallation can also fail to restore an account if it was never linked. Back up only through a documented method and check you can access the original account before a destructive step.
Do not share recovery codes with a person claiming to “repair” the app. A technician does not need your OTP to read an error message. Never pay an unlocking or withdrawal fee to an Safe Download support contact.
Prepare a useful issue report
Record the device model, Android version, package ID, version name and code if available, exact error, source URL and steps that reproduce the problem. Remove email addresses, phone numbers, tokens and payment details before sharing.
